No-Knead Focaccia

Last week I made some no-knead focaccia to go along with our dinner one night. This recipe is very easy, but note you start it the night before you want it (or early the morning of) because it needs 14 hours to rise. I did not note this so we had it a day later than I planned. Also you will notice there is no fat in the recipe so it goes hard pretty fast. We used it the next day for the bread on our grilled cheese and that worked great. I also would say you could freeze whatever you did not use day one and then broil it with some garlic butter and cheese for a nice toasty side. Budget Bites where I got the recipe is a recent find and I'm enjoying it.
