If the color is brown and green...I could see you wearing a pair of espresso colored casual pants, a green heavy shirt or sweater complimenting the green in the vest, the vest, and a really cool pair of brown leather boots. HOT!
I'd let the vest be the "pop" of color and wear a white long-sleeve and dark jeans with it. Do you have any green tennies? That would be super cute! I love the vest!
I'd go monotone with brown long-sleeved shirt, brown pants, brown leather boots. Accessorize with a square scarf (patterned with green and brown in it) folded to tie around your neck, add earrings and an over sized bag.
