early baking

This morning I got up and made some Halloween cookies, early in the morning not early in the holiday season. I was inspired by this pin on Pinterest


I followed this recipe for prepping the dough, though I did choose to roll out the dough a bit after cutting the block slices.



I found some sprinkles by the food coloring in our baking box and loved the added sparkle.


For the cookie dough I used the Wilton sugar cookie dough - it doesn't need to be chilled which is a plus.
