Last night for dinner I made Rick Bayless's Enchiladas Suizas. This was my first time making a red enchilada sauce from scratch. They were delicious.
Over the weekend TK made maple nut ice cream. We both think this is one of our new favorites. It is from Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams at Home cookbook. I gave TK this cookbook for Christmas and we are excited to explore more recipes from it.
